Dear Conrad -- I was wondering, how do you think Christians should react to the funding of AIDS research? Because, it's really sad and everything that they have to have this disease, but it's a consequence for their actions, for the most part, and I know you can argue this with the dying children. But if they found a cure, people would be more likely to not care and do whatever they please. – Jess Weasel

I certainly don’t think Christians should be against it. For example, let’s say your Christian 14 year old daughter gets pregnant. Even though she did something wrong you’d do everything in your power to support her and her baby. Previous sins should not prevent us from helping people now. And of course there are millions of babies born with HIV or AIDS that can be helped.
