HOLY EXPLETIVE! This is yet again another re-issued album. I think this is the new trend. This one is from Philadelphia's own metal gods, A Life Once Lost. This is a re-issued and re-mastered copy of their 2000 debut "Open your mouth for the speechless, in case of those appointed to die" on Loudnet Records. It has all new art work and a whole new audio touch up.
This is an amazing metal record. I really don't like metal all that much unless the metal you are making makes me sit up and pay attention and that is exactly what this album did. Not only does this album contain ALOL's first album but a live track and two tracks from their "The Fourth Plague: Flies" ep. What makes this album so amazing is that it came from a group of kids who were just barely out of high school. It is incredibly rare to hear talent like this from high school age kids. Their sound would probably fall in between Cradle of Filth, Zao and Snapcase. Amazing metal and an album that will make all the tough guy kung fu kick moshers smile.
