If you're looking for some good new school-flavored hardcore, Escape Grace is your band.  Hailing from Gainesville, Florida, this 4 piece band blends well elements of hardcore made famous by bands like Snapcase, and even some glimpses of mid-to-late 90's Sick Of It All.  Although this cd is only 4 songs, it is intense, and all 4 songs are incredibly solid.  Excellent songwriting, in addition to well sung vocals, reminiscent of Darryl from Snapcase, makes this release easy to get into.

The only bad thing about this cd is the length.  At only 4 tracks, it goes by fairly quickly.  It's a shame that this band has only recorded a collection of EP's, as they are a great band to listen to.  Hopefully their full length, soon to be released, will give their fans something more tangible to chew on to get their fill of Escape Grace.
