Tool's last album will finally be made available on vinyl almost five years after Lateralus was first released.

The band's official site is reporting an August 23 release date but they have also said it could be a little later.

There has still be no official word on a fourth LP for the mythical LA metal quartet although their always frothing at the mouth fans have done a reasonable job of inventing several dozen tracklists and many more album names.
