Long Since Forgotten is a very ironic name for this band. Ironic in that within a few years, these guys and the plethora of other bands that have this same exact sound will be completely removed from all of our memories- forgotten. Standing Room Only, the band's third full-length album, is thirteen tracks long. That's thirteen tracks of adequate melody, little energy, and less diversity. The production is very well done. The lyrics, while cliché could definitely be worse. And the music is decent, but the songs all sound exactly the same. After a few tracks, you really have to push yourself to keep listening because the album just starts to drag. Essentially this is a mediocre band with a mediocre album, just another one of the hundreds of fish in the proverbial sea. If you are a fan of Jimmy Eat World and similar emo-rock bands, then you might get some enjoyment out of Standing Room Only, but you should probably just stick with Clarity and wait for something a little less boring to come along.
