Yes...yes...yes, just what we needed another sucky metal core band. BUT WAIT...there is more! This band is different (I guess). They mask their really bad version of metal core behind every influence they have ever had. They try to throw some key boards in the mix to try to bring out their darker side but it's just lame. There is nothing original here. Bad and boring vocals...not to mention at times they try to do the whole singing thing to show their sensitive thing and try to show some originality but THERE IS NONE. PLEASE LET METAL CORE DIE! Let there be only a few to remain. Those metal core bands that actually show some hints of originality. All I hear now is growl, double bass non-stop, sing here and there, generic metal solo and repeat.
The really bad part of this album is they try to do a five song rock opera. It starts out with a instrumental that wasn’t half bad. Then right into the whole generic metal core thing. Then into a really bad new metal song. Then into an acoustic song. Then in the last track...lets mix the past four songs together. Wow...what a mess. Please, answer me one question. What does "I believe love is stronger than clenched fists and broken wrists" mean? Oh yeah....i didn't mention. bad lyrics.
