The band No Innocent Victim have reunited and are releasing a new album in the summer of 2005 on Facedown Records.

Originally forming in 1992, the band soon signed with Victory Records who released  two of their albums, "Flesh And Blood" and "Tipping The Scales."

Disappointment with the lack of integrity in today's hardcore scene fueled the re-union of this band to do what they did for the initial 10 years that they were a band - tell people the truth without fear of being rejected, mocked or ridiculed. Long time guitarist Corey Edlemann has rejoined the band on guitar with Tim Mason which will see NIV as a 5 piece for the first time in their career. Former xDisciplex AD member Neil Hartman has also been added to the lineup playing bass.

The band signed a deal with Facedown Records on Oct. 22, 2004 for the release of their next album. Check them out at their re-union show at The Glasshouse in Pomona, CA with Sinai Beach, First Blood, xDeath Starx and Inked In Blood as well on Facedown Fest 2005.
