Taking Back Sunday's "Where You Want To Be" - On Sale July 27th
Taking Back Sunday and Victory Records are pleased to announce that a July 27th release is planned for their sophomore album, "Where You Want To Be". After wrapping up recording on the east coast in April, Taking Back Sunday will start a month of dates supporting Blink-182 and Cypress Hill. Next they head to the UK for their first trip outside North America to play the Donnington Download Festival with Metallica, as well as a string of sold out concerts in London, Glasgow and Manchester, among others. The band then returns to the US as one of this year’s headliners on the Vans Warped Tour 10th anniversary trek beginning in Houston TX on June 25 and concluding in Boston, MA on August 19th. Late August finds them back in the U.K. to perform on the legendary Reading Festival with Morrissey, Green Day, The Darkness and 50 Cent among others.
Straylight Run Hit the Studio to Record Their Debut
While less than a year old, Straylight Run released their five song EP on the Internet for download. They are currently in the studio recording their debut album, releasing on Victory Records in September 2004. While no formal recordings of the band exist, they have already appeared on Fuse’s IMX and have been featured in Rock Sound, Alternative Press and Newsday.
