During our financial crisis and while Washington is trying to come up with a solution, please keep this verse in mind, (1 Timothy 2:1) "I urge, then, first of all, that requests, prayers, intercession and thanksgiving be made for everyone-- [2] for kings and all those in authority, that we may live peaceful and quiet lives in all godliness and holiness. [3] This is good, and pleases God our Savior, [4] who wants all men to be saved and to come to a knowledge of the truth."  God calls us to pray for our leaders.  So let's give it a shot, especially over the next few days, weeks and months.

• Anberlin is streaming their entire new record. Decap readers seem to like it well enough.
• Divebomber has a show this weekend in a place called Dillsburg.  It's a place as magical as its name.
• Conrad will fix our lending institution crisis with the power of dance.
